CENTURION MINERALS LTD.: NOTICE OF CHANGE OF AUDITOR

Pursuant to National Instrument 51-102, Minni Clark & Co., certified general accountants, of Vancouver, B.C., has resigned, at Centurion Minerals Ltd.'s request, as the auditors of the company, and BDO Canada LLP, chartered accountants, of Vancouver, B.C., has been appointed as the company's auditors in its place.

There have been no reportable events between the company and the former auditors. There have been no reservations in the former auditors' reports in connection with the audits of the two most recently completed fiscal years and any period subsequent to the most recently completed period for which an auditors' report was issued and preceded the effective date.
