Canadian Pacific Railway Ltd. investor Pershing Square Capital Management LP has filed a notice of intention to sell up to seven million CP shares, according to the Toronto Stock Exchange. As in the June 3, 2013, notice of intention, Pershing Square plans to sell the shares on the TSX and the New York Stock Exchange starting Monday, June 10, 2013. Pershing Square has investment discretion over 24,159,888 CP shares held by various Pershing Square funds.
