Cline Mining Corp. will voluntarily delist from the Toronto Stock Exchange at the close on Friday, June 21, 2013, according to the TSX. As in a June 13, 2013, Cline news release, continued listing on the TSX is not feasible for the company and does not fit with its business strategy.
