GOLDEN SKY MINERALS GRANTS INCENTIVE STOCK OPTIONS

Golden Sky Minerals Corp.'s board of directors has approved the issuance of incentive stock options to purchase an aggregate of 60,000 common shares to a director and consultant of the company. The options have a term of five years, with an exercise price per share of 45.5 cents per share, and vest immediately.
