Further to its bulletin dated Feb. 9, 2021, the Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Argonaut Gold Inc. has closed its prospectus offering of flow-through common shares. According to the TSX, the offering was revised from 8,156,000 flow-through shares to 6,276,515 flow-through shares. A concurrent private placement of 3,103,000 flow-through shares has also closed.
