WI2WI CORPORATION RETIREMENT

John Weaver has stepped down from Wi2Wi Corp.'s board of directors.

"Mr. Weaver has been a director of Wi2Wi since August, 2009. We greatly appreciate the unique perspectives and undeterred dedication both committed during their time," said chairman Hans P. Black. "We would like to thank him for his invaluable contributions to the Wi2Wi board and wish him continued success in the future endeavours."
