XYLITOL CANADA INC. ANNOUNCES EXTENSION OF FINANCING OF UP TO $1.5 MILLION

Further to its press release dated Oct. 6, 2017, Xylitol Canada Inc. continues to work toward closing a non-brokered private placement offering of common shares of the company at a price per common share of 12 cents for gross proceeds to the company of up to $1.5-million. The company intends to complete the closing of the financing before the end of November.
