TDB SPLIT CORP. REGULAR MONTHLY DIVIDEND DECLARATION FOR CLASS A & PREFERRED SHARE

TDb Split Corp. has declared monthly distributions of five cents per Class A share (60 cents annually) and 4.375 cents per preferred share (52.5 cents annually). The distributions are payable on July 10, 2018, to shareholders of record as at June 29, 2018.

Since inception, Class A shareholders have received a total of $5.40 per share and preferred shareholders have received a total of $5.72 per share, both inclusive of these distributions, for a combined total of $11.12.

TDb Split invests in common shares of Toronto-Dominion Bank, a leading Canadian financial institution.
