The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Exeter Resource Corp. will be delisted at the close on Aug. 8, 2017. According to the TSX, Goldcorp Inc. has acquired all of the company's issued and outstanding shares for 0.12 of a Goldcorp share per Exeter share held.
