iShares MSCI All Country World Minimum Volatility Index Fund will begin trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange as an industrial issuer at the open on Monday, July 30, 2012, according to the TSX. As in a July 12, 2012, prospectus, the fund plans to sell 100,000 units at $20 each, raising $2-million. The fund will offer units for sale on a continuous basis and there is no maximum number of units it can issue. The fund will try to replicate the performance of the MSCI ACWI Minimum Volatility Index (USD), net of expenses. The fund plans to pay any declared cash distributions semi-annually. The manager and trustee of the fund will be BlackRock Asset Management Canada Ltd. The TSX reports the fund's units will trade under the symbol XMW and Cusip No. 46434A 10 6.
