TMX GROUP LIMITED DECLARES DIVIDEND OF $0.40 PER COMMON SHARE

The board of directors of TMX Group Ltd. has declared a dividend of 40 cents on each common share outstanding, payable on March 11, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Feb. 26, 2016.

This dividend is designated as an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
