WIND RIVER ENERGY ANNOUNCES CEASE TRADING ORDERS

The TSX Venture Exchange and the British Columbia Securities Commission have issued cease trade orders against Wind River Energy Corp. as of May 21, 2015.

Both cease trade orders were issued because the company failed to timely file audited financial statements and other related documents. Wind River management expects to file the required documents and apply for reinstatement of trading promptly.
