WIND RIVER ANNOUNCES LEVY FOR PAYMENT ON MONTANA PROPERTY

Wind River Energy Corp. has been notified that Valley county, Montana, authorities have executed a levy and seizure of certain of the company's leasehold in Valley county, Montana, to pursue a judgment payable to Schlumberger Technology Corp. The company is working with counsel for Schlumberger and other parties and is attempting to settle the debt and resolve the issue.
