WSP Global Inc.'s subscription receipts were delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange at the close of business today, Oct. 31, 2014, according to the TSX. As in the company's Oct. 31, 2014, news release, it has completed its acquisition of Parsons Brinckerhoff Group Inc. and will exchange each subscription receipt for a share.
