The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing Wellstar Energy Corp.'s proposal to issue 1.16 million bonus warrants to Andrew Rees, an insider, in consideration of a $203,000 loan as evidenced by a promissory note dated Nov. 27, 2014. The loan bears interest at 11 per cent per year and will mature on Nov. 27, 2015.
