WINROCK RESOURCES INC. ANNOUNCES NAME CHANGE TO NEWNOTE FINANCIAL CORP.

Winrock Resources Inc. has changed its name from Winrock Resources to Newnote Financial Corp., and the company has completed its change of business from resource exploration to the provision of crypto-currency financial services. The Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) approved the change of business and name change effective April 8, 2014, and the company's shares will begin trading on the CSE under the name Newnote Financial and its new symbol NEU as of April 9, 2014.

Paul Dickson, chief executive officer, said: "The change of our name is aligned with the imminent launch of our Puretrade Bitcoin Exchange, and many other integrated platforms and services. We are also thrilled at the new look and feel of the company's website which can be viewed at [the Newnote website]."

A change of business focus from resource exploration to the provision of crypto-currency financial services was approved by the company's shareholders at its annual general meeting held on March 18, 2014. Completion of the change of business and corresponding name change were subject to approval by the Canadian Securities Exchange. The company has filed a new listing statement on the CSE website that provides detailed disclosure of the company's new business and related risk factors.
