WINPAK ANNOUNCES THE RETIREMENT OF BRUCE BERRY AND THE APPOINTMENT OF OLIVIER MUGGLI AS HIS SUCCESSOR TO THE POSITION OF PRESIDENT AND CEO

Bruce Berry, Winpak Ltd.'s president and chief executive officer, is retiring. Olivier Muggli has been appointed as Mr. Berry's successor, effective Aug. 1, 2017. Mr. Berry has been with Winpak for 41 years, the last 14 as president and CEO. Mr. Muggli joined Winpak six years ago and is currently vice-president and chief operating officer. Prior to joining Winpak, Mr. Muggli's career encompassed various senior management roles, both in Europe and North America, including vice-president and managing director of Alcan's food packaging division. With Mr. Muggli's new responsibilities, Winpak expects to benefit even more from his extensive industry experience.
