The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the second tranche of a non-brokered private placement for West Melville Metals Inc. announced June 27, 2014:

Number of shares:  1.12 million shares

Purchase price:  five cents per share

Warrants:  1.12 million share purchase warrants to purchase 1.12 million shares

Warrant exercise price:  15 cents for a three-year period

The warrants are subject to the company's right to accelerate the exercise of the warrants if the daily volume weighted average trading price of the common shares of the company is equal to or exceeds 35 cents for a period of 10 consecutive trading days during the term of the warrant, commencing four months after the date the warrants are issued.
