Western Lithium USA Corp. will list 5,706,875 share purchase warrants on the Toronto Stock Exchange at the open on Thursday, July 30, 2015, according to the TSX. The exchange reports the listing covers warrants issued as part of the 11,413,750 units sold to the public at 70 cents per unit pursuant to a June 2, 2015, short form prospectus. Each unit consisted of one share and one-half of a warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to buy another share at 90 cents at any time before 4 p.m. (Vancouver time) on June 9, 2017.
