WILTON RESOURCES INC. ANNOUNCES WARRANT EXTENSION

Wilton Resources Inc. has received TSX Venture Exchange approval for the extension of the expiry date of 1.2 million common share purchase warrants issued to subscribers as part of the corporation's private placement financing, which closed on Sept. 5, 2014. The expiry date of the warrants has been extended for a period of one year from Sept. 5, 2015, to Sept. 5, 2016. All other terms of the warrants remain the same. The corporation will deliver a notice of amendment reflecting the amended expiry date to the registered holders of the warrants.
