WINDFIRE TRANSFERS TO NEX AND MR. STOCK RESIGNS

Windfire Capital Corp. is unable to meet TSX Venture Exchange Tier 2 continued listing requirements due to the decision not to extend the definite agreement between the company and Rosebud Production Inc. As part of the resumption to trading, the company's listing will be transferring to NEX.

Also, Garry Stock has decided not to join the board of directors at the current time, as originally announced on Feb. 23, 2015.
