WESTHAVEN CLOSES SHOVELNOSE GOLD PROPERTY ACQUISITION

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing Westhaven Ventures Inc.'s Shovelnose gold property purchase agreement. Westhaven has acquired a 100-per-cent interest in the Shovelnose gold property as a result of issuing two million shares and granting a 2-per-cent NSR (net smelter royalty) to Strongbow Exploration Inc. (please refer to news release dated Sept. 8, 2015, for further details).
