APPOINTMENT OF NEW CFO OPTIONS ISSUED TO DIRECTORS & OFFICERS

White Metal Resources Corp. has appointed Matt Witiluk as chief financial officer.

Mr. Witiluk holds a chartered professional accountant (CPA, CA) designation, an honours bachelor of commerce degree from Lakehead University and is a graduate of the Haileybury School of Mines. Mr. Witiluk's professional experience includes providing controllership and financial consulting services to private companies and junior mining companies listed on the TSV Venture Exchange.

Irene Vance has resigned as CFO of the company and the company would like to acknowledge her contributions.

The company has granted 1.61 million incentive stock options with an exercise price of 10 cents to various officers, directors and consultants. These options vest immediately, will have a term of five years and are subject to regulatory approval.
