Whitecap Resources Inc.'s subscription receipts were delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange at the close on Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2014, according to the TSX. As in an Oct. 1, 2014, Whitecap news release, the company has closed its previously announced acquisition of a controlling interest in a Nisku light oil pool at Elnora, Alta., for $226.7-million. After the closing Whitecap exchanged each subscription receipt for a share.
