VICTORY VENTURES - PDL PROJECT UPDATE

An exploration team, consisting of Greg Thomson (Victory Ventures Inc. director and qualified person) and two other independent geologists, is preparing to carry out a program to explore a previously unknown mineral showing discovered by a project geologist working on the property area in the late 1980s. The significance of the newly disclosed mineral showing will be examined and resampled by the company. The new showing area presents a new and exciting exploration target for the company as no previous significant exploration work has been carried out at this location.

It is postulated that the epithermal stockwork showing may represent a leakage surface feature from a larger and shallow-level gold-enriched (plus or minus silver) epithermal vein deposit source, which will provide a new focus area for further exploration on the PDL property.

Qualified person

Greg Thomson, PGeo, is the qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101. Mr. Thomson is a director for the company and has reviewed and approved the technical information contained in this news release.
