The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to share purchase option agreements dated Sept. 3, 2015, and Sept. 8, 2015, amended on Sept. 17, 2015, between VVC Exploration Corp. and two arm's-length parties. Pursuant to the agreements, the company shall acquire 45,000 common shares of Samalayuca Cobre S.A. de C.V., which owns the Kaity claims, located in Chihuahua state, Mexico.

As consideration, the company shall pay a total of $880,000 plus issue 32 million common shares and 32 million share purchase warrants (each exercisable into one common share at a price of six cents for a five-year period) to the optioners.
