VERSAPAY SETS ITS THIRD QUARTER 2014 CONFERENCE CALL FOR MONDAY, DECEMBER 1ST, 2014 AT 11:00 A.M. EST

VersaPay Corp. will conduct a conference call on Monday, Dec. 1, 2014, at 11 a.m. (EST) to discuss its financial results for the third quarter ended Sept. 30, 2014. The financial results are expected to be issued in a press release prior to the call.

VersaPay management will host the conference call, followed by a question-and-answer period.
