VOGOGO INC. ANNOUNCES THIRD QUARTER FINANCIAL RESULTS

Vogogo Inc. has filed its financial statements for the three- and nine-month periods ended Sept. 30, 2014, and related management's discussion and analysis. The financial statements, and management discussion and analaysis may be obtained on Vogogo's SEDAR profile.

Vogogo has also approved the grant of an aggregate of 200,000 options to four new employees to be priced in accordance with the terms of the corporation's stock option plan.
