VANGUARD ANNOUNCES CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR THE VANGUARD ETFS (VDU, VEF, VE, VA AND VEE)

Vanguard Investments Canada Inc. declared today the final September, 2014, cash distributions for certain Vanguard ETFs listed herein that trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Unitholders of record on Sept. 26, 2014, will receive cash distributions payable on Oct. 1, 2014. Details of the per-unit distribution amounts are as set out in the attached table.
