UNISERVE APPOINTS FORMER CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Uniserve Communications Corp. is appointing Albert Lim, the company's former chief financial officer and corporate secretary, as a new member of the company's board of directors. Mr. Lim joins Joseph Willmott, Michael C. Scholz, Stephen Plant, Earnest C. Beaudin, Hashim Mitha and Fred Munn, who were all re-elected as members of the board at the company's annual general meeting held on July 17, 2014, upon the company's increasing the size of the board of directors to seven from six as approved at the annual general meeting.
