URANIUM STANDARD ACCEPTS RESIGNATION OF SIMON IRISH FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Uranium Standard Resources Ltd. has accepted the resignation of Simon Irish from the board of directors. The company would like to thank Mr. Irish for all his contributions and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours. The board of directors is now composed of Arni Johannson, Michael Williams and Peter Born.
