The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for expedited filing documentation of an amending agreement dated June 23, 2014, between Uracan Resources Ltd. and UEX Corp. amending the payment schedule on the Black Lake project for the joint venture expenses to be paid by the company pursuant to the option agreement with UEX dated Jan. 23, 2013. In consideration for the amendment, the company has agreed to issue to UEX 50,000 common shares of the company and 25,000 share purchase warrants entitling UEX to acquire an additional 25,000 common shares of the company at a price of 12 cents for a period of three years.
