The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing Northern Uranium Corp.'s proposal to issue 100,000 shares at a deemed price of five cents in consideration of certain services provided to the company for the quarter ending June 30, 2015, pursuant to a deferred share unit plan for William Gennen McDowall effective Oct. 1, 2014.

The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued.
