INCENTIVE STOCK OPTION GRANT

Umbral Energy Corp. has granted a total of 500,000 incentive stock options to directors, officers, employees and/or consultants under the company's stock option plan. The options are exercisable at 5.5 cents per share and will expire June 21, 2022. Following this grant of options, the company has 3.05 million stock options outstanding.
