INCENTIVE STOCK OPTION GRANT

Umbral Energy Corp. has granted a total of 2.2 million incentive stock options to directors, officers, employees and/or consultants under the company's stock option plan. The options are exercisable at nine cents per share and will expire Feb. 17, 2022. Following this grant of options, the company has 6.5 million stock options outstanding.
