Umbral Energy Corp. has granted a total of 750,000 incentive stock options to directors, officers, employees and/or consultants under the company's stock option plan. The options are exercisable at five cents per share and will expire Oct. 5, 2021. Following this grant of options, the company has 6.25 million stock options outstanding.
