The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the sale of certain property and assets of Urban Communications Inc.'s subsidiary, Dome Communications Inc., to Focus Communications Inc., pursuant to an asset purchase agreement dated April 30, 2011. The property and assets which were sold comprised equipment leases, inventory stock, supplies and property leases. Consideration paid was $60,000 plus the assumption of future commitments and contingent liabilities.
