The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Original expiry date of warrants:  Sept. 29, 2016

New expiry date of warrants:  June 29, 2017

Exercise price of warrants:  50 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement which was announced on Aug. 5, 2014.
