In conjunction with the closing of the transaction with Flinders Resources Ltd., Tasman Metals Ltd. has requested that its common shares be delisted. Accordingly, effective at the close of business on Thursday, Aug. 25, 2016, the common shares of Tasman will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange.
