TRISTAR WARRANT EXERCISE

TriStar Gold Inc. has received $308,392.50 from the exercise of share purchase warrants to purchase a total of 2,372,250 shares of TriStar. The share purchase warrants were exercised at a price of 13 cents per share. The funds will be used for general corporate purposes and additional activities at TriStar's Castelo de Sonhos project in Brazil.
