MOLSON COORS BREWING COMPANY ANNOUNCES REGULAR QUARTERLY DIVIDEND
Molson
Coors Canada Inc. has declared a quarterly dividend of
approximately 32 cents (the Canadian-dollar equivalent of the dividend
declared on Molson Coors Brewing Company stock), payable on March 15, 2013, to its Class A
and Class B exchangeable shareholders of record on March 4, 2013.
Molson Coors Brewing has declared a regular
quarterly dividend on its Class A and Class B common shares of 32
U.S. cents per share, payable on March 15, 2013, to shareholders of record on March 4,
2013. The quarterly dividend is payable to holders of Class A and Class
B common stock of Molson Coors Brewing.
