TSO3 TO DISCLOSE FIRST QUARTER 2015 FINANCIAL RESULTS AND HOLD ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS ON MAY 6, 2015

TSO3 Inc. will release first quarter 2015 financial results for the period ended March 31, 2015, via press release on Wednesday, May 6, 2015. TSO3 will also hold its annual general and special meeting of shareholders at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time the same day.

The annual general meeting of shareholders will be held at the McCord Museum, J. Armand Bombardier theatre, 690 Sherbrooke West, Montreal, Que., H3A 1E9, at 10:30 a.m. EDT. For those who are unable to attend in person, the company invites you to listen to the live webcast of the annual general and special meeting of shareholders on-line.
