True North Commercial Real Estate Investment Trust will list an additional 5,324,000 units at the open on Aug. 25, 2016, according to the Toronto Stock Exchange. As stated in the REIT's Aug. 18, 2016, prospectus supplement, True North plans to sell 4.84 million units at $6.20 per unit. It has granted to the underwriters an overallotment option to buy 484,000 more units at the same price for 30 days following the closing of the offering.
