The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 328,570 shares to settle outstanding debt for $34,500.

Total pro group involvement:  $2,500, 23,810 shares at 10.5 cents (one creditor)

The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued and the debt extinguished.
