Timbercreek Mortgage Investment Corp. (TMIC) and Timbercreek Senior Mortgage Investment Corp. (TSMIC) have completed their merger into a new company called Timbercreek Financial Corp. (TF), according to the Toronto Stock Exchange. As stated in a joint management information circular dated May 12, 2016, each TMIC shareholder will receive one TF share per TMIC share held and each TSMIC shareholder will receive 1.035 TF shares per TSMIC share held. The TSX reports the plan of arrangement has an effective date of June 30, 2016. TMIC and TSMIC will delist from the exchange at the opening on July 5, 2016, and TF will begin trading at the same time, as follows.
