Titan Mining lists on TSX

The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Titan Mining Corp. will be listed at 5:01 p.m. on Oct. 18, 2017, for trading at the open on Oct. 19, 2017. According to the TSX, there will be 62,346,900 shares issued and outstanding, with 54,391,286 shares reserved for issuance. The shares will trade under the symbol TI and Cusip No. 88831L 10 3.

The TSX reports that Titan Mining is a Canadian-based zinc exploration and development company. Its principal asset is a near-production, high-grade and fully permitted zinc mineral project in New York that has been on care and maintenance since 2008. According to the TSX, the company has not paid dividends to its shareholders to date and does not expect to pay any dividends in the foreseeable future. Its transfer agent and registrar is Computershare Investor Services Inc. at its principal offices in Vancouver and Toronto, and its fiscal year-end is Dec. 31.

As stated in its Oct. 12, 2017, prospectus, Titan Mining will issue 35.74 million shares at $1.40 per share in its initial public offering. The company has granted to the underwriters an overallotment option to buy 5,362,000 more shares at the same price. It expects to close the offering before the open on Oct. 19, 2017.
