TRUE ZONE RESOURCES INC. ANNOUNCES THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE PLAN OF ARRANGEMENT AND AMALGAMATION

Further to the news release in January, 2015, the plan of arrangement between True Zone Resources Inc., its five wholly owned subsidiaries: Patch Industries Ltd., Frond Resources Ltd., Oak Cliff Resources Ltd., Moshi Mountain Industries Ltd. and Elm Resources Ltd., and the shareholders of the company was amended on Feb. 18, 2015, to allow for separate effective dates of each separate company under the plan of arrangement. The company obtained approval of the amended arrangement agreement from the Supreme Court of British Columbia on Feb. 24, 2015.

The company completed the spinout of Moshi Mountain Industries Ltd. today under the company's amended plan of arrangement. The company further announces that further to its reorganization plan as approved by its shareholders at the 2015 annual and special general meeting, Moshi and Moshing Capital Inc. amalgamated today under the continuing name of Moshi Mountain Industries Ltd.
