SONA BECOMES TIER 2 ISSUER

Sona Resources Corp. has been reclassified as a Tier 2 issuer by the TSX Venture Exchange, effective Sept. 3, 2015, as a result of the company failing to meet the continued listing requirements as outlined in exchange Policy 2.5.

In accordance with exchange Policy 2.5, the company must remain as a Tier 2 for a minimum of six months prior to the exchange accepting an application for graduation to Tier 1.
