Supremex Inc. shareholder Clarke Inc. has filed a notice of intention to sell up to 1,094,200 Supremex shares, according to the Toronto Stock Exchange. As in the July 29, 2014, notice, Clarke plans to sell the shares through the TSX, Alpha ATS or Pure Trading, or privately, starting on Aug. 5, 2014. Clarke owns 13,094,200 Supremex shares.
