SYNEX INTERNATIONAL INC. UPDATE FOR EX-DIVIDEND DATE AND PROJECT DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES

The ex dividend date for the annual dividend of Synex International Inc. previously announced May 15, 2015, has been revised to the close of business on June 9, 2015. The dividend in the amount of one cent per share will be payable on or about June 26, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 12, 2015. The ex dividend date shall be the close of business on June 9, 2015.

Synex Energy Resources Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, has terminated the non-binding term sheet with respect to potential partnering with an independent third party on the proposed 4.4-megawatt Newcastle Creek hydro project and the proposed 5.3 mw McKelive Creek hydro project, previously announced on April 13, 2015. Synex Energy is continuing to advance discussions regarding partnering on the projects with the independent third party and others.
